CA Harsh Gupta is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with over  10 Years of professional experience in taxation, regulatory advisory, compliance and tax litigation.

Throughout his professional journey, Harsh has worked extensively with businesses on a broad spectrum of tax and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on Indirect Taxation and Goods and Services Tax (GST). He brings a practical and commercially oriented approach to tax advisory, helping clients identify tax exposures, strengthen compliance frameworks and navigate complex regulatory requirements.

Harsh has advised clients across a diverse range of sectors, including Manufacturing, Trading, Hospitality, Consumer Businesses, Professional Services, Start-ups & Emerging Businesses and E-commerce. His exposure to varied business models enables him to understand the commercial realities of different industries and provide solutions aligned with their specific tax and regulatory requirements.

With a combination of strong technical expertise, analytical thinking and a practical business approach, Harsh focuses on delivering clear, timely and actionable advice. CA Chirag Gupta is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is one of the founding partners of the Firm and brings over 8 Years of professional experience in taxation, advisory and regulatory matters.

Over the course of his professional career, Chirag has developed extensive experience in Indirect Taxation, Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Advisory, Litigation and Representation before various tax authorities. His approach combines strong technical knowledge with a practical understanding of the commercial and operational requirements of businesses, enabling him to provide effective and solution-oriented advice on complex tax matters.

His areas of expertise include GST advisory and compliance, indirect tax planning, tax litigation, departmental proceedings, notices and assessments, and representation before tax authorities.

With a strong foundation in Chartered Accountancy, Chirag brings together financial, taxation and legal perspectives while advising clients. He is committed to delivering professional advice with a focus on technical excellence, integrity, responsiveness and long-term client relationships.
